My name is Ms. Willard and this is my 6th year as a School Counselor here at Alcott Elementary! My name is Leilani Davis Ruiz and this is my 2nd year as a School Counselor here at Alcott Elementary! Our passion is helping all our students grow in their social/emotional, academic, and college/career journey. As your school counselors, we have the opportunity to advocate for all of our Eagles and support you with whatever you may need. We pride ourselves in helping and making sure that our students feel safe, heard, respected, and welcomed. we are here to help support you through your journey here at Alcott. We are so excited to spend the 2023-2024 school year with you!

In Ms. Willard's free time, she likes to spend time with family, watch movies, do yoga and go on hikes.

In Ms. Ruiz's free time, she likes to spend time with her family, attend concerts, and dance with her daughter.
